Four Springs Center is chosen for its simplicity, space and ease with 280 acres to roam and experience meditations and activities, keeping your brain satisfied while quietly finding your treasure ~ your Soul's Purpose.  Sprinkle in some quiet, connection and community time and the recipe to your Secret Sauce will appear.  BAM!  With your Soul's Purpose and Secret Sauce, you'll know how to vibe higher for yourself, those around you and beyond.

Where the heck is Four Springs?

Four Springs Center is located in Middletown, CA about 85 miles NE of San Francisco.  If you have time you can check out Calistoga, Yountville, Napa, and St. Helena on the way.

What do you mean by "simplicity, space and ease"?

This 4-day experience is designed to have as little distraction as possible.  This means lodging in homey cabins with no clocks or digital gadgets...including the phone you brought.  That's right, this is a digital free experience.

What's the plan, Stan?

To keep your focus on YOU, the schedule is kept with staff who will guide you through the weekend.  Believe it or not, knowing your schedule can keep you from staying present and miss out on your most valuable asset ~ YOU.  If medication is a concern,  let staff know and we'll make sure you are notified at agreed upon times.

Say more about these homey cabins.

There are 15 double occupancy cabins.  There are 4 with private baths, 4 with a semi-private bath, 1 with a 1/2 bath and 5 that share a bathouse.  Rooms will be assigned lottery style, However, an additional fee of $50 reserves a spot for a cabin with a private bath.

How will I get a hold of my family in an emergency if I don’t have access to my phone?

The staff will have phones on hand at all times. Their contact information is available to all participants to provide to their loved ones.

Am I going to get hangry since I don't know the schedule?

Nope!  Eight delightful meals from Thursday dinner to Sunday brunch will be served and the kitchen is open 24/7 if you need to nosh outside meal time.  If you're vegetarian, vegan or have dietary restrictions, please let us know.
